5 Day Silent Meditation Retreat
With Upasaka Culadasa April 19-23, Murrieta, CA
This April we will have a wonderful opportunity to deepen our Dhamma
practice in a five day silent retreat under the guidance of Upasaka Culadasa
. The retreat will take place in a spacious 8,200 sf. secluded, hilltop
mansion in the Southern California city of Murrieta.
For those who are not yet familiar with Culadasa, the website below may shed
some light. He is a dear and most impressive Dharma teacher. Details are

This retreat includes instruction, meditation, private interviews, Q&A and
Dharma talks.
Upasaka Culadasa has been practicing meditation for 37 years and teaching
for
the last 8 years.
He is ordained as a Buddhist Minister by the International Order of Buddhist
Ministers in Rosemead CA.
He holds a PhD in Physiology, is married and has 3 grown children.
He now devotes his time to helping other lay people discover the richness,
satisfaction and fulfillment to be obtained by daily embracing the teachings
of the Buddha.
Location: Murrieta, CA. Address will be provided upon registration.
Retreat will be held at a comfortable, modern home on 5 acre hill top;
privately and exclusively rented for the retreat.
Time: Arrival & Departure
You are welcome to arrive anytime Thursday, April 19th late afternoon before
6 pm,
supper will be available.
The formal silence of the retreat will begin Thursday evening after the
Dharma talk.
The retreat ends on Monday, April 23rd at 1pm.
Cost: $ 260 for 4 nights - includes delicious, vegetarian catered meals
delivered from a Taiwanese restaurant and accommodations.
Fee does not include donation to support the teacher.
Bring: Your personal meditation cushion and floor mat if you have one.
Please bring all personal items, including towels and linens.
Some beds are available, but if you can, please also bring a sleeping mat.
Small size: The very small group provides for more personal attention and an
intimate atmosphere.
