pay for relocation but need me to sign on agreement saying if I leave within
24 month, i should pay back....They didn't pay me anything when I got this job, I lost about 5000 to move.
Is it reasonalbe? It is the company that asks me to move. why there should

sheet. it is written in my relocation package, if you leave the company
before 2 years, have to return all the relocation fee. | g*****0

It just doesn't make a lot of sense to me. It is the company requires you to
move but suddenly an obligation fall on you from nowhere. It is not the
employee who wants to move.

I guess that is for a new job. I didn't get any relocation fee when I got
this job I lost about 5000 for moving and then they want to relocate me to
another place and ask me sign on a contract.

发帖数: 749 | 7 if your compnay requires you to move in order to perform the work, then it
makes sense, because your job is bounded to the relocation. Otherwise, your
company can simply pick another person.
If you can still perform the work but do not need to relocate, then it does
not make sense.
