问题是：
1.如果转成H4后，重新找到工作(可能半年，也可能两三年后)，现在的H1B quota是否
还能用，中间有没有时间限制？
2.是否在新雇主的petition approve后立刻可以工作，还是要像新H1B一样等到当年10月
3.转成H4后，如果再去上学，可以用H4做intern么？

First, you don't have the basic knowledge of the rules, which are very easy
to find
As soon as find a job and file new H4-->H1 petition, you can work.
Your H1B is "portable"

Yes. I started working a few days after the H4-->H1 is filed with USCIS.
I got the approval notice a couple of weeks after working.
It is perfectly OK.
I also did this H1-->F1-->H1.
Don't know about this, basically NO. If you get a higher deger (PhD), you'll
have
new OPT. But as far as I know, H4 cannot work.

你所说的(H1-H4-H1, H1-F1-H1)不等新的H1批准就开始给雇主工作不合法.
portability只适合你想在仍然是H1,找到新东家,那么你就可以一file新的H1(不需要等
批准),就立刻开始为新雇主工作.

But the company said OK.
They used premium processing, so it is approved very quickly,
even before my first paycheck.

理论上你从H4/F1/F2转回H1B 是要等到批准才可以上班的
而不像H1B transfer那样拿到receipt 就可以开始工作
