两千多迈, 两天 or 一千多 is NOTHING. imagine this, in a few years, you may
take your family on a week-long trip to vegas or europe, and it may easily
cost you $2K or 5K.
don't let yourself regret then only because this 一千多 seems too much for
you at this moment.

I did not go to mine even the event was just within 5 miles from where I
live. most of phds from my lab never returned for theirs either. I guess too
much pain made everyone not bother to show up whatsoever. hoho

, graduation, birth of your kids, got fired, winnng a lottery, retirement...
other 27839 days? just repeat themselves.
if it's already too much pain, i'd not care about the last finishing touch,
