start the new job. Is there any risk if I resign before the background is
finished? I have GC. I don't see any risk if I don't have any crimial record
.

employer.

At where I work, you have to pass everything check
before a start date can be set.

If there is any problem with background check and drug test, they can always
withdraw the offer, right? Usually, there is no problem for Chinese people.

beacuse I told another recuiter about the offer who sent another candidate
for this job. I believe that the fucking recuiter called HR and said bad
things about me. I learned a lesson. never never told any other recuiter
about offer. Now, I got to send resumes again.

the HR? You can sue him/her if you have evidence.

think I am asking too much. But usually they shrould come back and say no
and let me decide whether take it or not. They did not even asked me and
supended the offer. Now they are talking to another candidate. My recruiter
told me that I still have chance in case the other candidate rejects the
offer. If that is the case, I probabily still take it since i don't have any
other offer.

The HM is an Indian woman. She encouraged me to negotiate the salary with
her after I received the offer. Right after I did it with her on the phone (
she agreed for $3000 sign-on bonus), she withdrew the offer!!! I can't
believe it!!! How deceitful she is!
Well, anyway, I kept getting new opportunities and now I landed my fourth
offer. But this Indian woman is on my "blocking list" for ever. |
