Position Description
Will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing field performance with
regards
to oil recovery and CO2 utilization efficiencies and working with other
engineers in the development team to identify enhancement opportunities and
evaluate the economics of alternative development schemes in operated fields
.
Will work with simulation engineers and completion engineers in assessing
and
implementing development plans for new CO2 flood project.
Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign educational equivalent) required in
Petroleum or Chemical Engineering plus 1 year of experience performing the
duties of the position offered. Must have a strong background with pattern
management practices including, but not limited to, material balance,
injector
optimization, conformance improvement and flood pattern surveillance.
Experience also required with CO2 project exposure and familiarity with oil
and gas economics.
