BACKGROUND CHECK的一步。在这个BACKGROUND CHECK FORM上有一个问题
Offenses
A criminal conviction is not an automatic or absolute bar to employment, and
while convictions will be considered based on the time and nature of the
offense and as related to jobs applied for, applicants should answer the
following question.
*Have you ever been convicted of an offense, pled no contest to an offense,
or entered into pretrial diversion or similar program as a result of an
offense against you (includes misdemeanors, felonies, police officer
citations and violations that are either criminal or non-criminal but
subject a person to a fine and/or imprisonment?) (Please see NOTE below).

*If yes, please indicate for all offenses the date of conviction, program
entry, or no contest plea (month and year) and location (country, and if U.S
., county and state) and type (charge).
我不清楚这个问题是只针对CRIMINAL还是说都包括在内呢，我本人去年有一个SPEEDING
TICKET （60MHP 开了75MPH)，在法院CONVICT了，这个属于YES 的范畴吗？ 请指
教一下，会影响我的录用吗？
还有所谓的BACKGROUND CHECK到底CHECK些啥东西呢？上面写着列出之前7年的工作
EMPLOYER，也就是从09-16年，我09年5月份来的美国，J1，所以把这个写上去了。再这
个5月份之前在中国的一个公司工作了很短时间5个多月吧（08年/11-09年/4)，那这个
要写吗？ 但是有个必选选项是STATE,里面全部是美国和加拿大的州，都没有COUNTRY
可以选。我是不是就不必要把之前那么久的在中国工作的经理写上去了吧，写上去也没
有办法选择STATE？
请问大家如何看的？
