础，第二次世界大战以后代表全体中国人民的是中华民国。
现在的大陆政权是依赖军事独裁的政权，所谓的全国人民代表大会的代表没有民意基础
，不代表全国人民，此政权，理应自动辞职改组。
通过开放党禁，在全国实行在中国港澳台地区已行之有效的民主选举，产生新民意，革
新中华民国新宪法。
Regarding the situation in China:
The Chinese Communist Party authority was set up through civil war. There is
no lawful legal logic for its existence. Since WWII the people of China
have been represented by the Republic of China.
The current mainland regime is a regime that relies on military dictatorship
. The so-called representatives of the National People’s Congress do not
have the support of public opinion and do not represent the people of the
country. This regime should resign and be organized automatically through
lawful elections.
Delete the probation of the people's party and promote democratic elections
as in Chinese Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. This is the way to represent the
people's new motivation, reform the new constitution and institution of the
