3-5 teaspoon of sugar, one empty bottle, pour half bottle of vodka in the
other bottle, add apples and sugar, keep cool and avoid sunlight. Wait for at
least six months.

I am busy with experiments and annual report, I made the wine last summer.

Wow, you made it last summer. How come you told us
this late? Just kidding. :)
And I am busy, too. However, always have time for trying
your wine. If you get time in the summer, welcome to
