人口不是很多，但肯定不是人迹罕至。偶们这里
总的来说人民生活很富裕，犯罪率低。主要原因
是高科技产业发达，主要大公司都有部门在偶们
这里，包括intel最大的研发机构。偶们一个小小
计算机系，没有本科生，二十多个教授，年经费
大概一千多万。
毫无疑问，附近的中国人汹涌澎湃的多压。

俺听说那里的物价便宜，是吗? |

over 30c. And in winter, it seldom freezes due to
warm current in the Pacific.
Living is never too cheap, but absolutely acceptable.
Housing: 2/2 apt. around $700-750 per month
