疏散星團M38

說明: 疏散星團M38位在北天的御夫座 (Auriga)內，用雙筒望遠鏡就可以看到它。
位在銀河盤面的M38是個平常的疏散星團，成員星的年齡大約都是二億年。M38算是相
當年輕，所以還有許多藍色的亮星，不過，它最亮的星是一顆亮度約為太陽900倍的
黃色巨星。這個星團距離我們約有4千光年，大小約為25光年。上面影像中的M38，
大約在疏散星團M36西北方2.5度的位置。疏散星團是一種受到重力鬆散束縛的天體
，隨著它繞銀河中心運行，星團會變得愈來愈鬆散，成員星也會慢慢的脫離出去。
