我有一辆2003年福特金牛SES，前一段时间发动机灯亮了，并有异音，读码器读码为
P1663，去车辆维修处，他们说空气压塑机坏掉所致，我没及时修，后来serpentine
belt坏掉，发动机前盖处冒黑烟，于是拉回家修，两周内换掉Air compressor，air
condenser，air accelerateor，serpentine belt，机油，滤芯，冷却液，刹车油，今
天觉着差不多了，发动起来发动机，结果又冒黑烟了，请问有没有人遇到过这种情况？
会有哪些可能的原因造成这些情况？多谢多谢。 | s*****8

parts can cause black smoke. Not sure what exactly the problem is because
you had too little information, but most likely it’s engine components
failure. I would guess the engine has worn piston ring, or bad gasket etc,
so engine oil sucks into the cylinder and got burned (if your engine burns
oil?). This can be tested by the vacuum check & compression test, both of
the test won’t cost too much. I highly recommend you go to a more
professional shop. | B*Z

发帖数: 304 | 4 多谢多谢，零件是我自己换的，后来喊来拖车，拖车帮忙看了一眼，是排气总管上弄上
机油了（在这之前我给个各个螺丝都上了机油，以便下螺丝的时候好容易一点），开发
动机把外面的机油给加热到冒烟了，于是我自己又开车到修车铺检查。
前段时间换空调的空气压缩机是被路边店误导了，换accelerater是为了保证air
compressor的两年保质期，换air accelerater是因为空调打开时有味道，现在家里有
了小孩子，心想车顶起来了，顺手就换了吧，没想到一换就花了两个周末的时间。
本周三去修车铺检查，说发动机灯亮是电池坏掉了，今年三月份换的新电池，在沃尔
玛换的，准备找他们去。另外修车铺说刹车泵坏掉了（我告诉他们不太好用），要换得
300来刀，我前网上买了一个，30刀，准备周末自己安装一下试试，另外准备同时换换
发电机，前段时间顺手还换了starter，估计再换完发电机和电池，应该问题就不会太
大了。

if you want to take the bolts out easier, put anti-seize on the thread, NOT
oil. not sure what is air accelerater, but I would replace cabin filter if
smelly when you turn on the ac. if battery has issue in half year, most
likely the alternator or using aftermarket high watt device, battery shouldn
't go bad that soon. im assuming you meant master cylinder(刹车泵), it's a
straight forward replacement, but make sure you flush the whole brake fluid
(not just bleed), if there is air in the brake system, you will feel soft
paddle. just removed all brake components from my totaled car, add a pic
wish to give you have a general idea on the brake. lmk if you have question.

发帖数: 304 | 7 多谢多谢，关于刹车泵，是我打错了，其实是方向盘油泵。上周末把发电机卸下来，
然后把旧的方向盘油泵卸下来，用power steering pulley remover，弄了半天没能把
pulley弄掉，直接上钢锯锯开，然后换新的power steering pump， 用pulley install
，上了半天，上到一半滑丝了，用的是5 piece power steering pulley puller and
installer，
感觉真烂，幸好周一把泵和轮子送到家附近一家修车铺，只花10刀就给安好了，之后回
家把泵的支架装好，泵装好。下雨了，就停了，今天（周二）下班后把发电机换新的，
装上serperen belt（前段时间换了一个新的starter，周末换一下电池，希望问题就不
大了).
另外，前段时间换carbon filter的时候没装好，下雨朝车里漏水，今天终于给弄好了
。明天把方向盘泵灌满油，排排气，应该就可以正常开了。

发帖数: 304 | 9 再次更新一下，去沃尔玛换电池，他们给检查了一下，是好的，没办法，自己上网上
再搜，发现可能是一个保险丝坏掉了，于是自己买了一个保险丝，换上，发动机灯自动
灭了，于是耗时接近一月的修车工程终于暂时告一段落。多谢各位。

Last Sautarday, borrowed a vacuum pump, vacuumed the A/C system, then use
AC pro, recharge the system, get very good result, the A/C system is very
good now, no leaking, have very good cold air. | f********r

I ask them checking for engine light, and also power steering pump. they
told me the engine light is because of the battery is totally bad, and power
steering pump
is leaking.
For the battery, I went to walmart, which I bought it there 2/20/2014,they
told me the battery is still very good. then I search from website, find
might a fuse is broken, I changed the fuse. Engine light is gone.
For power steering pump, I changed some new oil, get rid of the air from
the system, it works fine.
So I went to the mechanic shop again, told them the whole story, they gave
all my money back, in cash, which I paid by credit card. Thank you for
asking.
