不是最想要的。

是做loan的费用，但是别的dealer报价的时候重来没有给我提过这个费用。我不知道这
个是必须交的还是这个dealer额外收的。

whole loan term. of coz under such circumstances, you should pay "financial
charge" anyway except for 0% apr financing. so simply double check it.

要2700的financial charge，正常吗？

1.9% apr, 2700 "financial charge" (=interest) is pretty reasonable.
