Starting around February 8th Lowe's will offer a 10% bonus on special Tax
Refund Gift cards.
This is a special gift card being offered, requires a starting purchase
price of $500 - $4000 max.
On March 18th (tax day) a 10% bonus will be added to the card.
I'm not sure if cards will be limited or exact start date. This has not yet
been released to public...

Program essentials:
Purchase a Lowes Tax Refund Card in store or online between Feb. 8 and March
14, and customers will receive 10 percent of that original card purchase
