Test-drive the all-new 2011 Kia Optima between February 3, 2011, and March

PREPAID CARD DISCLOSURE: The Visa prepaid card is not redeemable for cash or
usable at any ATM. The plastic Visa prepaid card itself expires 12 months
after issuance; provided, however, the funds available on the prepaid card
do not expire. If funds remain on the card after expiration of the prepaid
card, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-883-4913 to request the
issuance of a new card. Applicable replacement card fee of $6.95 will be
deducted from the current balance of the prepaid card in order to issue a
new prepaid card. Terms and Conditions apply to the card. Subject to
applicable law, a monthly maintenance fee of $3 (USD) applies, but is waived
for the first 6 months after the card is issued. Your card is issued by
MetaBank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Cards can be used at
any merchants that accept Visa debit cards. Kia reserves the right to
substitute a check of equal value in lieu of a Visa prepaid card at its
discretion.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Test-drive offer is valid from 2/3/11 to 3/31/11. To
be eligible, test-driver must be 18 years of age or older with a valid
drivers license. This offer is non-negotiable and non-transferable. One $25
Visa prepaid card per household. Test-drive and dealer validation required.
Only the completed e-certificate with an original dealer signature and
unique Customer ID will be honored. Your envelope with the original,
completed e-certificate inside must be postmarked by 4/15/11. All matters of
program eligibility and qualification will be conclusively resolved by Kia
Motors America, Inc., in its sole discretion. Offer valid only in the
continental United States; void in outlying areas. Void where prohibited.

Kias liability is limited to the value of the Visa prepaid card.
