rewards and mix those with other deals and there is a "known issue" with
sometimes (probably more often than admitted) not receiving those rewards.
I came across this when verifying my ink rewards and was missing a couple.
When I called was told they were aware of an issue but they didn't seem to
know when it would be fixed.
Anyways, just because you follow the rules, receive your receipt with your
rewards #, and the ink recycling #'s show on the receipt does not mean that
you will get the reward for the number of cartridges you recycled.
So save those ink receipts and add them up. You must have your receipt # to
get the reward if it doesn't show up. They are atleast friendly about it.
