I know this will have a limited appeal, but it worked for me.I had two old
car batteries in my garage that I needed to dispose of. There is a limit of
three batteries per person and even though it is supposed to be limited to
car, boat, power sport, and lawn/garden batteries, they let me turn in a
dead battery from an old UPS as it was similar to a Lawn/garden battery. I
got a $30 gift card on the spot!
-This Friday and Saturday (April 22- 23), customers who bring in an old
automotive, lawn and garden, marine or power sport battery to be recycled
through any Sears Auto Center nationwide will receive a $10 Sears gift card.
