CALIFORNIA,ARIZONA, FLORIDA,HAWAII, NEVADA,NEW MEXICO, OREGON,TEXAS,
WASHINGTON,AND UTAH.
I work in the education field, and I thought I would share an opportunity to
buy hugely discounted books and classroom necessities. This "sale" various
from state-to-state and by date, but it is worth checking out. Scholastic
book fairs offer discounted books in their warehouses (approx. 20k sf
building) to educators,homeschool ers, and volunteers. Don't you volunteer
or homeschool?..wink.wi nk.. All that us required is that you sign-up AND
PRINT the FAST CART PASS, which will give you entry to the warehouse sale.
They will not let you in without the print-out. When you sign-up, they will
ask what school you are affiliated with, use your child's school or whatever
you wish, they don't check. (at least for the time being)

The last sale that I went to the sale, they had a section of the warehouse
cornered off, and they allowed you to put as many books that could fit into
a standard moving box for $20. I purchased hardcover teen, children, and
adult books for my class library, and I managed to "fit" ~12 books. The
warehouse is divided into sections, which range in discount from 50% to 80%
off. The prices beat Amazon, and the selection is immense. Enjoy shopping
and if possible "pay it forward" by donating some books to school libraries
or classrooms.
