Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A:There are three ways to cancel your membership.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions ("FWB Basic Terms") govern your
participation in the J&R Friends with Benefits Basic Loyalty Program for
purchases made on JR.com (the "FWB Basic Program"). The FWB Basic Program
benefits are issued and administered by J&R Electronics Inc. By enrolling in
the FWB Basic Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these FWB
Basic Terms and acknowledge the FWB Basic Program is further subject to the
J&R Privacy Policy which is incorporated herein by reference.
All benefits offered under the FWB Basic Program are at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to limit, modify, alter, waive or cancel the FWB Basic
Program at any time, with or without notice.

Qualifying Orders
To qualify an order must meet all of the following requirements:
The order must be paid by credit or debit card (alternative payment methods,
such as Amazon, Google, PayPal, and Bill Me Later, do not qualify)
You must use the special Friends with Benefits login portal (Link:

) to access JR.com before placing the Qualifying Order and you must place
your order on JR.com. Orders placed in J&R's physical, brick-and-mortar
stores and orders placed using J&R's toll-free telephone number do not
qualify for Points or Rewards.
You must not have an excluded item in the cart
You must be shipping to a physical address within the lower 48 states.
Exclusions:
Overweight/Freight Items (including but not limited to oversized items and/
or items over 75lbs)
Other items as may be excluded by J&R from time to time (see J&R Friends
with Benefits FAQs for the current list of such excluded items)
Corporate sales
Orders from customers who, in J&R's discretion, are acting as resellers

Additional Exclusions
Benefits cannot be combined with any other J&R Coupons, Special offers, and
Third Party Website offers (including, but not limited to, points/mileage
web portals).
Alternate Delivery Services remains premium, extra-fee services under the
FWB Basic Program; that is, if a FWB Basic Program Member places an
Alternate Delivery Service order, the Member will have to pay the applicable

FWB BASIC PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP FEE
The Membership Fee shall be as stated in the then-current J&R Friends with
Benefits Fee Schedule . We may change the Membership fee or run special
promotions at any time, but any changes to the Membership Fee will apply
only to new or renewed memberships.
TERM
Your membership term will commence upon your enrollment in the FWB Basic
Program and will continue for a period of twelve (12) months, unless earlier
terminated or canceled in accordance with the FWB Basic Terms. Benefits
will commence with your initial Qualifying Order.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your Membership at any time. You can cancel
your Membership by (i) logging into your account and click cancel membership
(ii) calling us at 1-800-426-6027 or (iii) contacting us via e-mail at
c******[email protected]. J&R may cancel your Membership at any time, without any
refund of your Membership Fee, if J&R determines, in its discretion, you
have violated these FWB Basic Terms or any applicable law, engage in
fraudulent conduct, or misuse or abuse the FWB Basic Program, including but
not limited to acting as a reseller.
Member Point Earnings
Subject to the exclusions and adjustments described below, Members earn one
(1) Point for every dollar spent on Qualifying Orders on www.JR.com:

Members do not earn Points on shipping, taxes, and other non-merchandise
items.
Points are only earned on Qualifying Orders
Points earned will be adjusted for all returned and refunded merchandise or
other adjustments.
No Points will be earned for purchases prior to the date a member signs up
for the FWB Basic Program.
Points can only be applied to the FWB Basic Program membership belonging to
the individual making the purchase. Identification may be required. Points
are not transferable to, and may not be combined among, other FWB Basic
Program members, their estates, successors or assigns; provided that under
certain circumstance Points may be combined among immediate family members
with the prior approval of J&R, at J&R's sole discretion. At no time may
Points or Rewards be purchased, sold or bartered. Any such Points or Rewards
shall be void.
Member Points: Pending, Earned, Adjustments
Points usually will be posted to a member's account within approximately one
week after a Qualifying Order has shipped. Such Points are "Pending Points"
and are not redeemable for Rewards until approximately thirty (30) days
after a Qualifying Order has shipped.
After such 30-day period, the Pending Points, unless adjusted as indicated
herein, will be automatically converted in the Member's account from Pending
Points to Earned Points, and such Earned Points are redeemable for FWB
Basic Program Rewards. As used in these Terms and Conditions, "Points" shall
refer to both Pending Points and Earned Points, unless the context clearly
requires otherwise.
Upon a return, refund or other adjustment, even if such occurs after the 30-
day period, a Member's Point balance will be reduced by the amount of any
return, refund or adjustment.
J&R is the final arbiter on qualification for Points, and J&R reserves the
right to deny or revoke Points at any time if J&R, in its sole discretion,
determines that the Points were improperly posted to a Member's account.
Member Rewards Redemption/Expiration
Subject to the adjustments described above, all Earned Points may be
redeemed for Rewards as described below.
FWB Basic Program Earned Points are redeemable only for select products, J&R
gift cards in specified denominations, or instant discounts on a new order,
all as J&R may make available.
FWB Basic Program Points, whether Pending Points or Earned Points, have no
cash value.
Any federal, state or local taxes due or imposed on or in connection with
the issuance of FWB Basic Program Points or Rewards are the responsibility
of the Member.
FWB Basic Program Memberships with no Qualifying Orders within a consecutive
12-month period will forfeit all Points within the account. Placing a
Qualifying Order will reset the 12-month period for all Points in the
account, and all Points in the account will then remain available to the
Member for use in accordance with these FWB Basic Terms for the successive,
consecutive 12-month period, as long as the Member account is not otherwise
terminated in accordance with these FWB Basic Terms.
If J&R improperly denies a member Points or a Reward, the member's exclusive
remedy shall be the issuance of the improperly denied Points or Reward, or
such other comparable benefit as determined by J&R. In no event shall J&R be
liable to any Member for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, or
lost revenue or profits arising out of J&R's acts or omissions in
connection with the FWB Basic Program.
DISCLAIMERS; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE FWB BASIC PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. J&
R ELECTRONICS INC., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR OTHER
REPRESENTATIVES ("PROVIDERS") DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT IN
ANY WAY RELATED TO THE FWB BASIC PROGRAM. PROVIDERS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT
THE (i) FWB BASIC PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR (ii) THE FWB
BASICS PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. IN NO
EVENT WILL PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL
, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND,
ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE FWB BASIC PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE FWB BASIC PROGRAM OR
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP DATA.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING HEREIN OR OTHERWISE TO THE CONTRARY, PROVIDERS'
TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE)
OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WILL NOT EXCEED THE LAST ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE
YOU PAID. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN
WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR

GOVERNING LAW
These FWB Basic Terms, and the respective rights and obligations of the
parties hereunder, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with,
the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law
principles. The FWB Basic Program is void where prohibited by law.
CHANGES TO THESE FWB Basic TERMS
We may make changes to these FWB Basic Terms at any time by notifying you of
such changes by email or by posting notice to our website that changes have
been made. Your payment of the Membership Fee, or continued use of the FWB
Basic Program after any change has been made, constitutes your acceptance of
the modified terms.
TERMINATION OR MATERIAL, ADVERSE CHANGE
We may terminate or change any or all benefits available to you under the
FWB Basic Program at any time with or without notice. In the event of our
termination of, or a material, adverse change (as determined by J&R in its
reasonable discretion) to, the FWB Basic Program, we, at our election and in
our sole discretion, either will maintain your Membership with your
existing benefits until expiration of your then-current term, or refund to
you in the form of a J&R gift card a pro-rata portion of your Membership fee
based upon the remaining full calendar months of your then-current
Membership term.
GENERAL
No failure to exercise, and no delay in exercising any right hereunder by J&
R will operate as a waiver thereof, nor will any single or partial exercise
of any right hereunder by J&R preclude further exercise of any right
hereunder.
