Walmart has mini SKLZ basketball hoop for $19.86. It was also on discount in
the store last I checked:

It uses a metal rim and acrylic backboard with foam lining in the back to
soften backboard shots. It looks like a pro hoop. I use it with a Nerf mini
foam basketball because the included vinyl ball isn't very good.
I've had my SKLZ mini hoop for nearly 1 year now and I still like it.
