I can't verify that the codes are region free (I would, but I'm at work),
but I've heard people buy their dawn of war series off the UK site and
redeemed it no problem steam.
The price is 9.99 ~ $32. You get the game, as well as the pre-order DLC
and a season pass which gives you access to the 3 additional DLC that will
be released soon. Make sure you remove the "download protection" thing from
the cart, as since this supposedly redeems on steam, that's just a waste of
money.
I'm probably going to grab a copy and see how it goes.
