Kohl's has BissellPowerCleanUpright Vacuum for $74.99 in sale plus
additional 10% off when you add to the shopping bag/cart. Cart shows 67.99
as price + 4.05 as tax.
This vacuum has 5 years warranty and life time belt (whatever it means). All
other vacuums I saw were either 1 or 2 years of warranty. Reviews are ok.

You can stack Kohl's coupons to bring down the price further. I used a 15%
coupon and my final price paid was $61.39 (I have not subtracted MIR amount
as I don't know if I will get $10 or $20 back).
Bissell has a MIR for its vacuum's that ends 25 Feb 2012. $10 MIR for
vacuums from $50 to $99 and $20 for vacuums that are priced more than $100.
Kohl's product placard states $20 rebate for this specific vacuum cleaner.

Please note that Amazon rebate form says that the vacuum should be ordered
by 1/31/2012, while the rebate form on Kohl's states that the vacume should
be purchased by 2/25/2012. The forms are different but no form says that it
is specific to kohl's or Amazon. So in case nay one bought it form 1 Feb
till Now, they may be able to use the kohl's form to get $20 rebate also.
