I think most Target stores should have this 75% off but it might vary
depending on your region. It normally sells for $23.99 but is marked at $7.

It contains Ultimate Car Wash, Ultimate Liquid Wax, a waffle weave towel, a
micro fiber towel, a wash mitt and that crappy tire gel. Everything but the
gel is very good.
