Part of the reasons that I don't want to change it is that 3rd rounders of
the first season are way better than the 7th rounders of the following
seasons because many good players are drafted as keepers already.
You can compare the 7th rounders of last season with the 3rd rounders of the
1st season, big differences.

we can change it to >=35, so a team can't have more than two 7 rounders.
Or >=29, so a team can't have more than three 7 rounders.
Any suggestions?
