1，Is Kindergaren necessary for our kids?

从这个意义角度讲，我不觉得这个KINDERGARTEN非常有必要或者必须。
2， Why all-day program kindergarten needs pay and lottery?
一般K只分HALF-DAY PROGRAM AND FULL-DAY PROGRAM。HALF-DAY PROGRAM只有每天3小时，一般上半年选早上班（8:45~11:45 AM),那么下半年就要轮换为下午班（12～3PM)。而全天的班是8:45 AM~3PM。另外经WZYU提醒，一个镇每个学校的SCHEDULE会不一样，这样才能排开SCHOOL BUS
AND SCHEDULE。（比如，EARLY SCHEDULE FOR ALL-DAY: 8:30AM~3PM; LATE SCHEDULE: 9:15AM~3:30PM)父母可能要根据这个SCHEDULE调整自己的工作时间。
