PPO making a bearish cross over in the extremely overbought area is enough
to raise the alarm. if you dig a little deeper in to the chart, you can see
3 distribution days in the last 6 trading days as Mid Jan when the Market
ready to take a nose dive.
from the bottom of this correction, big market ran up about 13%. As i said
on Feb 17th: never say never. the 2nd quarter earning season will have a lot
of upside surprise because they will be compared with 2nd qtr 2009 which
was abysmal. I believe the optimism has fully priced into the market. the
next 2 weeks we will first see testing of the breakout line which is 1150. |
