国境内，而中国不缺稀土，只是国家要控制出口。
现在3rd thought是，即使如此，它能开采稀土说明国家已经批准它这么干。由于价格
的控制，这对它还是很有利的，只是国家允许它每年开采多少就是个问题了。 |
