PSA) are all upgraded to Buy from Neutral at UBS, which hoists HCP, Inc. (
HCP) to Neutral from Sell.
Brigham Exploration (BEXP): BMO Capital boosts Brigham Exploration to Market
Perform from Underperform.
Argonaut Group (AGII): Saying recent meetings with management has convinced
them that the company now has a strategy in place to unlock shareholder
value, FBR Capital increases Argonaut Group to Outperform from Market
Perform and takes its target price up to $46 from $40.
Optimer Pharmaceuticals (OPTR): The stock gets moved to Outperform from
Market Perform at JMP Securities with a $16 target.
Cirrus Logic (CRUS): Jefferies juices its Cirrus Logic recommendation to Buy
from Hold with a price objective of $20.
SanDisk (SNDK): SNDK is up ahead of the open after being moved to Outperform
from Neutral at brokers Robert W. Baird, which takes its target up to $56
from $42. They have an outlook for stable 2011 gross margins and
significantly better-than-seasonal NAND pricing for 1H11, on account of the
upcoming Verizon (VZ) iPhone and a second-generation iPad.
Boston Scientific (BSX): BSX is lifted to Buy from Hold at Lazard.
FedEx (FDX): The stock is added to the short-term Buy List at Deutsche Bank.
Potash (POT): JP Morgan moves Potash to Overweight from Neutral with a $155
objective.

Atwood Oceanics (ATW): ATW is downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform
with Wells Fargo.
Arcelor Mittal (MT): UBS moves Arcelor Mittal to Neutral from Buy.
Medtronic (MDT): Lazard lowers Medtronic to Hold from Buy.
TAM S.A. (TAM): TAM is reduced to Market Perform from Outperform at Raymond
James.
Agnico-Eagle Mines (AEM): Credit Suisse cuts Agnico-Eagle Mines to Neutral
