stop order距离市场价不能小于0.10，否则无效。
trailing stop是stop order,那个搞小盘股不好吧。好像没有trailing stop limit这
个。

if you do the stop order, it could be seen through level II, and some MM
will try to shake you out.
and IB has its own trading desk (it is MM by itself at same time as a broker)
