another 1000 shares @ 3.20 and 5000 shares @3.30. I noticed the AH price
decreased to 3.15 but the volume is really small. MM tried to down the price
by trading 100 shares (it is really ridiculous). I will hold CEU tightly.
If you cut it with the profittomorrow, you may cut it at the floor.
Anyway though I tried to pump CEU, trade CEU with you own responsibility.
SCOK(bottomed at 8.18), I hold it tightly with a trailing stop $0.70.

A class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court
for the Central District of California against China Education Alliance, Inc
. (NYSE: CEU). The action is brought on behalf of all people who purchased
China Education Alliance common stock between March 31, 2009 and November 29
, 2010, inclusive.
The complaint alleges violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
against China Education Alliance and certain of its officers and directors
for misrepresenting the company's financial performance. The complaint
alleges that contrary to the company's annual reports filed with the SEC for
fiscal 2008, which reported $24.9 million of revenue, an annual report for
the company's main operating subsidiary filed with the Chinese authorities
reported less than a million of revenue for 2008. When this adverse
information was released to the market on November 29, 2010, the price of
China Education Alliance stock fell, damaging investors.
No class has yet been certified in the action. Until a class is certified,

the United States District Court for the Central District of California on
behalf of purchasers of China Education Alliance, Inc. ("China Education

The complaint alleges that China Education Alliance violated the Securities
Exchange Act by improperly reporting $24.9 million in revenue in its 2008
annual report, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission,
contradicting a report that the Company's main operating subsidiary filed
with the Chinese authorities, which revealed less than $1 million in revenue.
On November 29, 2010, Kerrisdale Capital published a 30-page report citing
evidence that China Education Alliance overstated its revenue and profit and
called the Company "mostly a hoax." In reaction to the news, China
Education Alliance shares fell 33.56% to close at $2.93 on November 29, 2010.

since they have $80.00 millions cash. Though i don't lose any money fronm
ceu, I will hold CEU for several months until it goes to $3.50 or 4.00.
