1. 对外积极整合利用各类资源。具体包括：
1.1 借鉴、合法地利用其他各类移民论坛的先进经验和信息；
1.2 利用本人在mitbbs的社交才干，与相关友版进行广泛的合作，充分发挥bbs的平
台沟通作用。比如，在faculty版发帖看有没有人愿意做独立推荐人或能提供审稿机会
；整合文学艺术版块的文青为绿卡申请人提供申请材料的修改润色等。
1.3 时常关注uscis的各种动向，即时为版友播报。
2. 对内积极活跃地组织各种有利于申请过程的活动。比如：
2.1 组织申请材料撰写修改的互助小组（授人以鱼不如授人以渔）；
2.2 组织常年在版面上解答版友问题的活跃id们互相探讨学习，提高解答问题的水平；
2.3 组织绿卡申请成功者和正在准备绿卡申请的id之间的互助交流；
2.4 组织心理辅导小组，缓解版友在申绿过程中遇到的各种抑郁、焦虑心态。
3. 管理方面积极发掘、培养人才，建立一支能流利地解答移民版常见的初级问题、中
等难度问题、高级问题的热心版友的梯队，对有可能在未来担当版主、版务的人才着力
培养，争取贤不遗野。
版上目前常年在线的人数在300左右，日发新主题帖50左右，未来10年20年内，随着
各类出国留学人员的增加和陆续拿到学位，申请eb1、NIW类绿卡的需求会大量增加，上
述数目也会增加。靠版主版务4个人是不足以应付这样的需求的，必须建立起一种团结
互助的机制。
我准备从现在开始就培养一批热心版友，摸索众多的互助方式及方式组合，并将最
优化的互助制传承下去，以便适应现在和将来落地生根版的需要，给奔波在异国他乡的
同胞撑起一片绿荫。就我目前担任版务的观察，版上的id们对移民问题的理解水平参差
不齐，高人不经常出现，其他人大部分不知自己的不足之处在于何处，盲人摸象的情况
也很多。总之，版面上目前热心助人的激情非常充分，但需要有懂行的人进行指导、宏
观调控和监督把关。而我正符合这个要求。
4. 充分利用自己的专业知识服务本版。本人具备法学学位，但也有其他各种五花八门
的学位，知识结构全面合理，天文地理无所不晓，博古通今，文采飞扬，不以提供法律
服务谋生或兼职从业，因此跟任何人没有利益冲突。
5. 有充分的时间每天处理版上的事务，愿意做一个亲民的版主，但按版规该封该砍的
也绝不手软。

我挺喜欢包子的。但这么发也太让我诧异了，多少掩饰一下不好么？而且一发包子，票
数一下就旗鼓相当了。这都什么人出来领包子？民主就这么搞的？
我在某些版都不敢说话，一说就被5毛；但我还是老问他们为什么美国人，欧洲人，选
举就能达到选举的效果，中国人怎么选也选不出维护老百姓利益的人（我说台湾，香港
）；参与选举的人的利益到能满足。别人说到人种文化，我不认可，我感觉在美国的中
国人要搞选举应该比共产党倒台后大陆人的自由选举干净太多。但看这个版，我一下就
没信心了。

2.Crazydog has several posts talking about his application. It took me some
time to figure out which post is the best to put up. When I am about to put
crazydog's post up I found more candidates filed their applications. It's
certainly not a good way to put all candidates' applications up. So I pull
down mine.
3. I was online to fulfill my duty last night. It is not my first concern to
answer questions about my own application. My first concern is to answer
the questions of those who ask about immigration questions, especially when
everyone is talking about the BM candidates. |

more work. from that perspective, you are not the best person to be the BM.

and strong ability to answer immigration questions. Most of the difficult
questions I am usually the first to give a clear answer while other people
don't answer them.
I have pasted several pieces of evidence that indicating I was actively
fulfilling my BF duty from notice board and WBcenter board. Other than that I
posted around 300 posts on the immigration board during the past months,
either to answer questions or to announce management actions or of other
content. You can also go to the financial center of immigration board to see
that I continuously marked tremendous posts in the past months. Let me
know if you can not find the financial center. Anyway, the evidence
indicating that I do my BF work is everywhere.
Beyond those BF works mentioned above, I invited people who get their green
cards to remain to answer questions after they get their 485 approval. I
also invited people to talk more about their green card application after
they come to the immigration board to announce their permanent status.
Again, thank you for giving me the opportunity to answer what I did during
my BF position. For how I will work as a BM, refer to the first floor of

Ladyred's mistake is not that she's answering questions now, but that she
has not answered questions until now, only after somebody might become the
next BM. She has never acknowledged her absence nor responded to IDs'
questions on her performance until there's no way to procrastinate, and then
she further bribed to get votes.
She's still trying to get some evidence to cover it up. The best evidence is
to check the time stamps of the votes that she got and the time she posted
that baozi post, together with the fact where those supporting IDs have been.

1. 对外积极整合利用各类资源。具体包括：

1.2 利用本人在mitbbs的社交才干，与相关友版进行广泛的合作，充分发挥bbs的平

2.2 组织常年在版面上解答版友问题的活跃id们互相探讨学习，提高解答问题的水平；
2.3 组织绿卡申请成功者和正在准备绿卡申请的id之间的互助交流；
2.4 组织心理辅导小组，缓解版友在申绿过程中遇到的各种抑郁、焦虑心态。
3. 管理方面积极发掘、培养人才，建立一支能流利地解答移民版常见的初级问题、中
等难度问题、高级问题的热心版友的梯队，对有可能在未来担当版主、版务的人才着力
培养，争取贤不遗野。
版上目前常年在线的人数在300左右，日发新主题帖50左右，未来10年20年内，随着
各类出国留学人员的增加和陆续拿到学位，申请eb1、NIW类绿卡的需求会大量增加，上
述数目也会增加。靠版主版务4个人是不足以应付这样的需求的，必须建立起一种团结
互助的机制。
我准备从现在开始就培养一批热心版友，摸索众多的互助方式及方式组合，并将最
优化的互助制传承下去，以便适应现在和将来落地生根版的需要，给奔波在异国他乡的
同胞撑起一片绿荫。就我目前担任版务的观察，版上的id们对移民问题的理解水平参差
不齐，高人不经常出现，其他人大部分不知自己的不足之处在于何处，盲人摸象的情况
也很多。总之，版面上目前热心助人的激情非常充分，但需要有懂行的人进行指导、宏
观调控和监督把关。而我正符合这个要求。
4. 充分利用自己的专业知识服务本版。本人具备法学学位，但也有其他各种五花八门
的学位，知识结构全面合理，天文地理无所不晓，博古通今，文采飞扬，不以提供法律
服务谋生或兼职从业，因此跟任何人没有利益冲突。
5. 有充分的时间每天处理版上的事务，愿意做一个亲民的版主，但按版规该封该砍的
也绝不手软。

我挺喜欢包子的。但这么发也太让我诧异了，多少掩饰一下不好么？而且一发包子，票
数一下就旗鼓相当了。这都什么人出来领包子？民主就这么搞的？
我在某些版都不敢说话，一说就被5毛；但我还是老问他们为什么美国人，欧洲人，选
举就能达到选举的效果，中国人怎么选也选不出维护老百姓利益的人（我说台湾，香港
）；参与选举的人的利益到能满足。别人说到人种文化，我不认可，我感觉在美国的中
国人要搞选举应该比共产党倒台后大陆人的自由选举干净太多。但看这个版，我一下就
没信心了。

虽然现在是竞选阶段，大家对竞选的各种讨论比较多，可以理解，但不要太水。现做通
知如下：
1. 除新出现的候选人可以开新的主题贴外，其他人员最好不要再发新的水贴讨论竞选
有关的事宜了。大家在现有的主题帖子里快乐地讨论吧。
2. 关于竞选的任何话题可以移步到board版讨论。

2.Crazydog has several posts talking about his application. It took me some
time to figure out which post is the best to put up. When I am about to put
crazydog's post up I found more candidates filed their applications. It's
certainly not a good way to put all candidates' applications up. So I pull
down mine.
3. I was online to fulfill my duty last night. It is not my first concern to
answer questions about my own application. My first concern is to answer

stronger or to help more people who need help. I choose the later and will

ing for the best candidate and there are obviously better candidates who did
more work. from that perspective, you are not the best person to be the BM.

answered many questions recently to demonstrate that I have the knowledge
and strong ability to answer immigration questions. Most of the difficult
questions I am usually the first to give a clear answer while other people
don't answer them.
I have pasted several pieces of evidence that indicating I was actively
fulfilling my BF duty from notice board and WBcenter board. Other than that I
posted around 300 posts on the immigration board during the past months,
either to answer questions or to announce management actions or of other
content. You can also go to the financial center of immigration board to see
that I continuously marked tremendous posts in the past months. Let me
know if you can not find the financial center. Anyway, the evidence
indicating that I do my BF work is everywhere.
Beyond those BF works mentioned above, I invited people who get their green
cards to remain to answer questions after they get their 485 approval. I
also invited people to talk more about their green card application after
they come to the immigration board to announce their permanent status.
Again, thank you for giving me the opportunity to answer what I did during
my BF position. For how I will work as a BM, refer to the first floor of

Ladyred's mistake is not that she's answering questions now, but that she
has not answered questions until now, only after somebody might become the
next BM. She has never acknowledged her absence nor responded to IDs'
questions on her performance until there's no way to procrastinate, and then
she further bribed to get votes.
She's still trying to get some evidence to cover it up. The best evidence is
to check the time stamps of the votes that she got and the time she posted
that baozi post, together with the fact where those supporting IDs have been.

是我们这届版务的原则，我认真奉行。解答问题不是版务的主要责任，我的工作主要在
幕后。如今大家都说我没做事，这对我不公平，砍头删水mark贴这是版务的工作。我最
近做的解答问题的事不是版务的主要工作，我认真去做，比Crazydog等人更专业，更能
解答复杂疑难问题，说明我才干优长，非常适合版主工作。

，能做的我也可以接着做，要集中精力打选战我也奉陪。本届的缺失分摊到我头上的才
能有多少，而且我也尽我所能在任内力挽狂澜了，所以没什么可以阻挡我出任下任版主
的信心和勇气。我现在顶着压力坚持着竞选版主是移民版的福分。这样版务工作可以平
稳过渡，亮虎等人可以吸纳做版务，等熟悉了再出任版主也不迟。这有什么不好？你们
觉得亮虎君等从来没整理过精华区的人是可以既整理精华区又同时解答问题，协调各方
面关系的三头六臂吗？冒然出任版主一职恐怕只能焦头烂额吧。像本版这样的大版不是
靠铁哥们、解答过问题的受惠人和吹鼓手的支持就可以当版主的。我做的工作前面已经
阐述得很多了，证据也贴出来了，想要再多的也可以啊。
