I just received my printer and have hooked it up to the computer. The
carriage is hanging up on the right side. I have gone through all the
troubleshooting props that the computer/printer gave. Nothing fixed it. I am
a college student and I am in need of the availability of this product I
would like for this to be resolved ASAP. |
