will ebay charge back the money from my paypal account? or ebay will pay
refund( list price + shipping fee) by ebay itself,
so I end up with a Neg feedback and keep the payment? (I already withdraw
paypal payment to my bank, and the buyer contact me about not as described
after 5 days recevie)
