告他买signature confirmation and insurance, but when he bought the insurance

would get a signature.

明显plan好的骗子啊～5/5/10买的~~6/4/10 chargeback

发帖数: 2056 | 9 我上次也有一个，病人CHARGE BACK,而且不愿意退货，你要求他把IPAD寄回来再CHARGE
RESTOCK FEE,病人要不愿意退他就输了，反正我上次那个病人就不退，还连续CHARGE
BACK三次，不过他还是输了，我真担心他把电脑退给我，不退正好。

If Amazon.com has elected to reimburse the customer for a claim, and the
seller is deemed not to be responsible for that claim, then the seller will
not be charged for the claim and Amazon.com will bear the cost of the
reimbursement.
不过，是在A to Z里面找到的。但是credit card charge back不见得适用。

发帖数: 2056 | 11 A TO Z SELLER 90%输，上次我朋友的一个软件，病人开了说不能用，AMAZON上明明写
的软件不能退，他们还是让我朋友接受RETURN,但是说你可以CHARGE RESTOCK FEE,
CHARGE BACK主要是信用卡公司，不一定肯定会输我觉得。

insured mail receipt" (blue) that had what looked like a tracking# on it.
他还误以为那就是tracking ＃了。
（转天让他又去邮局要tracking＃，人家只给了张track/confrim --intranet item
