Charge back is not covered by seller protection
charge back is paypal argue with bank on your behavior, paypal is only
middle man, he will charge $10 for that if you are not paypal XXX. so you
will lost the money and also $10 if charge back

实际上如果是charge back,paypal的规定就是他们不负责。
