发帖数: 973 | 1 Today, I went to staples in manhattan ( 6 ave & w 23) to buy a
clearance printer.
Xiaoer jjyy about ink paper cable, I said I got those already. Then he
tried to convince me for protection plan. I kept refuse him. Then he gave
up and refer me to manager.A3 Manager scan the printer and add the
plan for me without asking. I told him I don't need that. He insist that it
is
a clearance, he must sell me protection plan. However if I bought floor
model (the new model for $150) I can choose not to. At that moment,
another a3 xiaoer came close ( I thought he maybe a seller at eBay
also) and ask is that the last one, how much?
Since I need to go back to work and considering come back in the
future, I just left.
Can I call staple corprate to complain? What is phone number for
northeast hq?
Also how to refuse xiaoer to sell you the plan?
Cuz after been refuse, I went to other store, same story, after I say no,
the xiao er gave up and sold me the printer without plan.

that clearly stated that they are required to add the plan. If they cannot
show you that, ask them phone # to call the home office or headquarter to
verify what they said. Hopefully that will make them back off. :p | b**********g

the mean time, your coupon is not a real one. That is why I don't argue.
however, is there anyway to file complain to that a3 manager so the Corp

到减去protection plan 的钱，然后再加上protection plan的钱，这样总价还是一样
的。
