I don't think so, this is what I got for the same question:
Thank you for contacting us. The Dell OO from 11/26 applies to Netbooks,
laptops & desktops online and in-stock only. You must make your OO purchase
through the OO link provided at Dell. The Dell Outlet store will not count

点more, 然后下拉菜单选"see past OOs"，然后就可以看到details了
上面确实写着只能买电脑。但可恨的是confirmation email里却不提这个，非常令人
confuse。俺差点上了当去买非电脑产品。
