我第一张卡余额不够了，换了张卡，没有任何提示说有后续影响。结果后来发现
statement里面有个
delete linked card选项，一点那个就会说删除一张卡会导致损失那张卡的pending
rabate，妈
呀，两三百刀啊，有人做过类似的换卡吗？
我试着加卡，加完了在linked card下面始终就只有当前的一张卡而已。
昨天发信问了三个问题，一个是shop now链接timed out的问题，还有就是上面两个，
客服就解决了
第一个。后面两个没理。今天我又问了一次，不知道明天会不会理我。
神医估计对这种小打小闹看不上吧，这几百的rebate丢了，我要哭死了...
哪位神护有相关经验，包子谢！ |

他们处理的方式跟他们网上help里面的说明很不一样啊
Thank you for contacting us. You do not have to have a MasterCard linked to
your account. When making a purchase at the merchant’s site, you may use
any credit or debit card accepted by the merchant. You are not required to
use the linked card on your account. Please understand that you are allowed
to have only one card linked to your account at a time. However, you are
free to change your linked card at anytime. Changing your card does not
impact the value or process time of your statement credit rebate. Your
rebate
will be applied to the linked card on your account at the time your rebate
is processed. Therefore, if you change your linked card after you reserve an
OO, you may receive your rebate on a different card. |
