西，麻烦大家给我看看，我一点都不懂啊。原文如下:On [date/time], [company name
] received an email from [buyer name] stating that he was not satisfied with
his order. [company name] Customer Service Department responded back on [
date/time] apologizing for his disappointment and stated that the item he
purchased was not the whole glass back housing and asked that he return the
item and upon receipt of the item [company name] will issue a refund. [buyer
name] replied back on [date/time] stating that it was bogus and that the
picture isn't good at all. The item description on our listing states, "
Replaces the Back glass of your iPhone 4g". It does not state whole glass
back housing or case. It is just the glass. [company name] will still issue
a refund upon receipt of the item back. Please see emails to and from [buyer
name] for reference.
