该给别人的case给了我。导致我一个账号trs没有了。联系ebay好多个月，每次都答应
我remove.一直拖了好几个月。实在受不了了。BBB一下，2个星期就把case给remove了

Business Bureau. I am writing you on behalf of eBay’s Executive staff and
am glad to address your concerns today. I understand that a case was opened
against you in error and it has now been affecting your selling performance
since December. I am really sorry to hear this has not yet been resolved. I
have reviewed your account and case and don’t know why your case was not de
-scored (removed from your ratings). I will make sure to follow-up with the
Managers of the representatives that you spoke with as this appears to be a
training opportunity. I went ahead and removed the case from your selling
performance. Within 48 hours your selling dashboard should be updated to
reflect this. I realize at this point you may not be confident in what we
tell you, so I am going to provide you with my contact information to get in
touch with me should this not happen in 48 hours. I can be reached via
