Hi, John,
Thank you for taking your time with your reply! Now I have heard the 3rd
different explanation regarding this issue:
No.1. My listing title does not match the catalog, like "White" to "Black"
or "Black" to "White", so it's a violation;
No.2 My listing title says "Unlocked", while the catalog says " WiFi + 3G (
AT&T)", which means it is locked to AT&T, so it's a violation;
No.3. My listing title changed from default title of the catalog: "Apple
iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G Black (64 GB, AT&T) Tablet C..." to "
NEW UNLOCKED GSM Apple iPad 2 Wi-Fi 3G Black 64GB AT&T", so it's a violation
...
Come on, don't you think it's kind of childish? For millions of items that
have been and are listed on eBay, do they have to use the exact the same
title that your default catalogs provide? and how many of them actually do
so? 1%? 10%? 90%? ...Let's face it, someone from your Policy department (I
may be wrong for the name) didn't do his due diligence to verify all the
facts and made a mistake in issuing me this violation warning, and you guys
were trying to cover his mistake... I don't want this problem to plague both
you guys and me so long, and I hope eBay can correct this error and revise
my record and rating correctly. Thank you very much for your help!

我上个月被VeRO了一个, 不过在seller dashboard还没看到有什么影响.
