i receive the bag today. thanks for the fast delivery. but there is a little
issue here. the item is not as described in your listing. the price tag is
not attached. when you list item, if price tag is not attached, you shouldn'
t say new with tag. the price with or without price tag is huge difference.
so here is my suggestions: you can either take the bags back with your label
and fully refund me $134.99; or refund me $20, and i keep the bag. it is
really not because i am picky. i need to send the bag to my customer. if my
customer receives this bag, i will have trouble. actually i am glad that i
have the bag shipped to me instead of to my customer. please get back to me
at your earliest convenience. thanks.

what do you mean the price tag is not attached? the tag is indeed attached
to the bag. i confirm it few times before i ship it to you. and if you don't
want it, please send it back to me with your label and i will give you a
full refund.

you should know better than me what i mean. the original barbs loop fastener
is missing. you just used price tag tagging barbs to hang the price tag
there. coach never attaches price tag that way. if you are the original
owner of this bag, you should know what you did about the price tag. if you
got it from somebody else, you need to ask them why they cut off the price
tag form the bag? as for price tag, i don't want to talk about it any more.
i could assume that you cut off the price tag and used the bag, then you
just hang it there with tag tagging barbs without original coach loop
fastener at all and sell it as new with tag. but i didn't say that. i still
believe you or somebody cut off the tag for some reason, and you don't think
price tag attached or not is a matter. so the item is really not as
described. now i want to return the bag with your label, not my label.
because it is really your mistake not describing it accurately. i don't
think it is fair for me to pay for your mistake.

i received this bag as it is in its original condition and i'm not like you,
a bag expert so i don't know in what form coach bags comes in and what
price tag they use. i receieve this bag and i describe what i see. as of
ebay policy, the buyer is responsible to pay for the return shipping fee.

from the second and third pictures of your listing, i don't see price tag at
all. obviously you hang it by yourself before you shipped it out to me. i
didn't say you are cheating. but as a seller, you should take
responsibilities when there is mistake with your listing. you don't need to
tell me if you are not coach expert and you don't know how the price tag
should be attached. i told you already your item is not as described due to
the reason i said before. i can ship it back to you with my label tomorrow.
i will keep the price tag exactly same condition as you shipped it to me and
you will see how you cheat your customer. when you receive the bag, please
refund me $134.99. but i reserve the right to give you feedback and express
my concern about the bag.

at first, you just want to purchase my bag and resell it to your customers
for a bigger profit. and then you want me to give you an extra $20 for the
mistake that you called. so your overall motive is to buy my bag, resell it
and to grab another extra $20 from me. this sounds like a whole plan that
was plotted way before hand. anyway, let's make this a mutual withdraw. i
will pay for the return label and give you a refund but you have to open a
ebay dispute against me first. after you've created the dispute, i'll send
you the shipping label. this is a better solution.

you don't need to judge my motivation. the mistake is mistake, it is not
what i called, but it is what you made. you imagine that "this sounds like a
whole plan that was plotted way before hand". i didn't plan anything and i
didn't realize that i will waste my whole night to get back and forth with
such irresponsible seller like you. you never admit that it is your mistake.
as i said in my second message i only want to ship it back and get refund.
even if i told you the reason, you still don't realize the mistake you made.
i don't want to waste my time to argue with you anymore. i won't waste my
time to open case in ebay (of course, i will if you don't refund me later).
i create shipping label already and will ship the bag back to you tomorrow.
