现在收到货了， 打电话给我说收到的打印机是4040cn, 而不是4040cdn。 但是他又告
诉我外面的包装盒的确是写的是4040cdn。 但是里面打印机是4040cn， 是新的。 现在
买家要求退货， 换新的4040cdn。
但是这机子太重了，75lb, 我也不想收他退回来的打印机。 以后肯定卖不出去。
那4040cdn当时从店里进的， 全新， 从来没有打开过。 病人也承认包装盒写的是
4040cdn， 但是他现在一口咬定里面的打印机是4040cn, 要求退货， 对于这种情况，
我该如何办？
1。 接受退货？ 退款？
2。 能否不接受退货

sealed or not when received. Let him to send you the model, S/N, production
date, lot number in both machine and the package. The more details, the
better. if it is evil, you can see some conflicts. Then you can contact
Brother for a possible wrong packing. Brother will tell you whether it is a
packing error, or not. To me, it didn't seem evil. If it was evil, he won't
give you much details.
If the buyer insists on return, you have no choice. there are no points to
argue with buyers except that you want a neg-.

contact Amazon seller help before buyer takes any further act. Just say hey,
this buyer might be scamming me as I was indeed sending a brand new unit,
what I do now? Of course seller help will offer nothing, but that put them
at least at a mutual position instead of totally toward the buyer. With all
the details I collected, I was able to convince Amazon seller help that this
is a scam. |

然后我issue refund to close that return request. 这样至少他留下纪录了。 不过
还主要是现在经济不好， 连打印机都有人出来搞， 然后骗点钱。 说实话， 这打印机
就是退他200, 我还挣他130， 当时150进的。 当然现在只能这么阿q了。
