标 题: Can I take my old starter back???

In an American Shop, They will replace a new starter for me. But I asked for
the old one back and got refused. They said I have to pay 30 bucks more to
get it back. Is this normal? Is this the way it is supposed to be?

paid for. I have pay too much in the past years and life experience make me
