timely manner (five days after I bought it) and was packed well and
undamaged. Yesterday we opened the box on his birthday to take it out and
set up. After carefully following all the instructions and hook ups we
attempted to power it up and all we got was the sound of the fans running.
The power switch on the top of the tower is not working and powering the PC.
I had a PC technician check it out tonight to make sure all of the
connections and hook ups were correctly done. He verified this to be the
case. He refused to open the unit so as not to void any warranty. I have
packed all of it back up exactly as it had been shipped to me using the same
original packing materials.
Can you help by shipping to me another unit with the same features and
returning this one under warranty. Please advise as to how best to proceed.
We know its the manufacturer and not you. Please help us.

我刚输了一个case, evil buyer 11月买的电脑，在没有和我任何联系的情况下两个月后（1月中旬）filed charger back 到他的CC公司，说收到的item not as described， 我赶紧把
tracking 和 return policy 传给了paypal ，想着我肯定赢呢， 结果paypal今天告诉
我， 我输了， 打电话给paypal 也没用。 300刀就这么完了。 |
