Your Orchard Bank account ending in xxxx is changing. On or about May 1,
2012, Capital One Bank (USA), N.A. purchased credit card accounts from HSBC
Bank Nevada, N.A.. This means that Capital One is now the issuer of your
account. Please carefully read over all the information enclosed with and on
the back of this letter--including a new Privacy Notice, and updates to
your Cardmember Agreement and servicing.
Here's what you can expect for now.
You'll keep the same account number and credit card
You'll continue to have the same account features
Make payments on teh same due date, the same as always: by mail, phone,
online, or by automatic payments
Keeping you up to date is our top priority.
Tansitions like these take time to complete. As we move through this process
together over the next several months, we commit to keeping you completely
up to date with everything you need to know. In the meantime, take a look at
the enclosed Frequently Asked Questions. Keep in mind, until a Capital One
credit card replaces the Orchard Bank card in your wallet, you'll continue
to see references to HSBC in communications regarding your account.
