邮局寄了。结果过了这么久，买家disputed credit card, 然后PAYPAL就要我出邮寄证
明，可是俺找不着邮寄的收据了。只有Email，买家在Email里面说明code收到了。大家
有经验的帮忙看看咋办捏？

发帖数: 4116 | 2 If it is international buyer, eat it as your cost.
If it is in U.S., show paypal the email you generate the label with USPS.
Also provide paypal with tracking number and PDF snapshot of USPS delivery
confirmation. Paypal will cover charge back if you can show you mailed and
delivered the envelope. They don't care about what's in the envelope.

It is an international buyer. What can I do to for this except giving a bad
feedback?

发帖数: 4116 | 8 1st, you are not supposed to sell that big face value card on ebay. There
are too many evil for GC now. The more value, the more risk to attract evil
buyer.
It was too long ago. If it was just 1-2 weeks, you can still go to the post
office and mail an empty envelop with tracking or mailing certificate which
may cost you around $13. Once you showed paypal you mail the envelope to
buyer's paypal address with USPS's approve, you may win the case.
Now since it was back to May, you may want to pay $5-10 at the fleamarket to
buy a tracking to that country after the date of you sold you card. Paypal
may or may not believe you.
At last, try to contact iTunes to block the user account of that card with
the card picture and activation receipt. Never let the evil buyer use them
as FREE since they will do it next time again.

发帖数: 4116 | 11 I think he got the $100 card from Mc Air promotion from Apple, thus he got
the card for FREE.
Even he purchased that card, he cannot dispute because that card itself does
not have any problem. He can only contact apple by email to ask them block
the account whoever used that $100 card.
