发帖数: 4402 | 5 terminal是最有效的。不过一定要在当地时间8:00am上班后及时处理才行。fedex那些
CSR确实说话都没有谱。

不过ground callback技术上本来就不可行，CS根本无法也不会联系那些driver，你说
怎么搞？如果CS天天跟driver联系，driver根本没法好好干活。 |

headed to the local Fedex ground station.
I called FedEx 800 first, the representative said he will let the package
ship back to the return address directly (not to 科长's address).
I then called the local terminal, the customer representative she cannot
arrange the package to be sent back to the return address. However, she can
hold the package at the local terminal so that I can pick it up next day (I
called at 6pm, the local terminal is close at 7pm).
It seems that the local terminal tried to hold the package. But the package
left the local terminal at 11.50pm anyway.
I called FedEx 800 again next day, the representative said the package was
moving and cannot be called back until it reached the destination terminal.
She then held my call and called the destination terminal. After that call,
she said the package will be returned to the return address in the label.
It seems that the package is going to be returned to me today.
It is very frustrating to call back a Fedex package. |
