日期不对，他认定是旧的，还给我neg了。 他的信很长，NND搞得我回信比他还长，这
个算讲道理的，问题最终解决。

Hi,
I received the Laptop as promised. When I received the package, laptop did
not come in the original HP package but in the cardboard box. I thought
maybe thats how it is shipped. Later I found that this system has been used
by others. There are lot of programs installed on Sep 1st where as I placed
oder for this laptop only on Nov 10th. There are also programs installed on
Oct 21st??? How is this possible if the system is a new one? I am
disappointed with the purchase. What are my options now?

Hi,
Sorry, I could not get back to you as I was on vacation.
First of all, the box this came in is not HP box. No where it has HP on the
box....only the tape which is used to seal says HP on it. I have another HP
laptop and I still have the original HP box and know how it looks.
Secondly, the programs installed on Sep 1st are not operating system files.
Following are some of the programs amongst others and they are not operating
system files
1) Windows Live essentials
2) Roxio Now player
3) Miscrosoft Visual C++
4) Sliver light
5) Evernote
6) Blio
And there are whole lot of other programs installed on Oct 21st which I had
never heard of before but got to know them now. I work in software field
and so know what are operating system files and HP software. This has been
definitely used by others before. I just wanted to check with you before I
lodge a complaint with Amazon.

实在讲不通就让他把货退回来，扣他restocking fee， 反过来搞他。
