if i were to send you my phone, you would have my SIM card and would turn

这卖家是不是不厚道？他ebay上面没有说明开封取sim卡。另外带sim卡根本不影响他现
有的plan，不激活就行了。我现有4s的plan的另一个partner买了她的4s，直接原装未
开封带sim卡寄出的。现在这个卖家告诉我他开封取卡了，可信吗？
请问
1、如果我收到phone，其实不想退了，能不能开case让对方退两百刀回来？
2、如果我收到phone，要退，是不是可以要求卖家承担运费，并且先给我把全款打回来
